Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the kkb3 platform at kkb3.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and kkb3 governing your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kkb3 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

kkb3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, kkb3 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the updated terms. The version of these terms in force at the time of any relevant transaction or activity will govern that activity.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the case of any inconsistency or dispute. All communications between kkb3 and players will be conducted in English.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kkb3 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kkb3 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not use the platform.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kkb3 is lawful.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or previously closed kkb3 account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registration on behalf of another person, or using false or misleading personal information, is strictly prohibited.
• Not a kkb3 employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of kkb3 staff are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.

kkb3 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts, typically before the first withdrawal is processed and whenever suspicious activity is identified. You will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within the time requested by kkb3 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

Account Registration and Security

To use the full features of kkb3, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. kkb3 may request additional documentation at any stage to verify the information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kkb3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. kkb3 will never ask for your password in any communication — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• One account per player: Creating more than one account — whether under your own name or another identity — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account accuracy: You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or payment method must be notified to kkb3 support and may require additional verification.
• Password security: Choose a strong, unique password for your kkb3 account. kkb3 recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kkb3 support immediately via live chat. kkb3 will investigate and take appropriate protective action.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your kkb3 account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks are completed.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kkb3 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing advance notice. The fee will not reduce a balance below zero.

kkb3 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. In such cases, kkb3 will communicate the reason for the action to the extent permitted by law and applicable security considerations.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kkb3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the primary mobile financial services used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkb3 does not currently support international card transactions or bank wire transfers from personal accounts.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to your payment account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kkb3 wallet in real time. In rare cases, network delays may cause a short processing delay. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered to your account. kkb3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts registered to another person, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• No chargeback: By depositing funds into your kkb3 account, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to that transaction. Chargebacks are considered a form of fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.

kkb3 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not a reflection of suspicion of wrongdoing. kkb3 aims to complete all AML review processes as quickly as possible so that legitimate withdrawal requests are not delayed unnecessarily.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

kkb3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL and IPL, as well as Eid and Pohela Boishakh campaigns. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all kkb3 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The eligible game list for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited when the time limit expires.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or round is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you have an active bonus balance, you must complete or forfeit the current bonus before opting into a new promotion.
• Bonus abuse: kkb3 monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk bet hedging, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be suspended.
• Right to modify or withdraw: kkb3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress at the time of the change.

The kkb3 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. This offer is limited to one per player, one per household, one per IP address, and one per device. Players who are found to have created multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The integrity of the kkb3 platform depends on all players using it in good faith and in compliance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action or referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the kkb3 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the kkb3 platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. kkb3 has an active AML compliance programme and reports suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds. This is treated as theft and will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for any reason, including circumventing a suspension or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward kkb3 support staff or other players. kkb3 reserves the right to close accounts displaying such behaviour without prior warning.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kkb3 platform — including but not limited to the kkb3 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kkb3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kkb3 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written permission of kkb3.

Game content provided through kkb3 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by kkb3 under licence. All rights in such content remain with the original provider. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is a violation of both these terms and the intellectual property rights of the provider concerned.

Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, even if kkb3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkb3 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While kkb3 invests in maintaining high availability and robust security infrastructure, temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to events outside kkb3's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service outages, acts of God, government action, or third-party service failures) may occur. kkb3 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, kkb3's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, kkb3's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of kkb3 to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
